Excellent piece! You have a good handle on your areas for improvement. You're spot on for the exercise. Yoga is a GREAT way to exercise! Shorter workouts do work, too!Instead of eating less food, you might want to look at what you're eating. Are you eating 2 cups of vegetables at supper? Have lean protein (fish, chicken, and occasional filet-mignon) with vegetables. The protein will help you burn fat and not muscle. Cut back on carbs at night.. save them for earlier in the day. Remind yourself that you want to be healthy for your three beautiful children. Good luck!!
