Day 3 of DietBet.

I'm down 3lbs, i know it's from water but am pumped.

While at work I try and drink as much water as I can. This afternoon, I am struggling. I am letting outside things get to me.  And my answer, something bad to eat.. I didnt' eat anything bad, but it's crazy to me how so quickly I can want bad food when something goes wrong, or a little drama happens.

 

Trying to stay positive as it could always be worse, just dont want to keep turning to food to fix an issue.. bc it doesn't..
