One week in now and surprise! My period is here. In the beginning I felt like I was going to be able to control myself but it was like a snap of the finger and all my willpower went out the window. I had one sweet which led to another. It's like you convince yourself once you've messed up that you might as well continue to mess up because you're screwed either way. I want to change that mindset so badly.
Speaking of sweets though, I am in desperate search of finding some sort of replacement for my coffee routine.. I am very picky with my coffee and I have to have creamer and sugar. I am an international delight creamer snob... so I feel it will be very hard to find a replacement for that that I will actually enjoy. But what about the sugar? I'm worried about using artifical sweeteners because I've heard bad things about them. Maybe I am just screwed and wiill forever consume more coffee calories than actual food, lol!
