Last year I started going once a week to a personal trainer and was feeling realy good but did not change very much my eating habit.  The excercise helped me maintain my weight during the holidays but no significant weight has really been lost.   So here we are in the begininng of the year 2018 and I have not been once to my trainer and due to many celebrations, 3 day wedding celebration in MI I feel very out of sorts and need to get back on track.   Hopefully this will reboot my commitment to good eating habits and excercise.  I hope all my colleagues will join me in this challenge.
