One week and I lost 3 lbs. Went to trainer one day and tried to add steps every day. Trying to stay on track food wise but my mom is a diet saboteur. Probably shouldn’t blame her because in the end I am the one that put the food in my mouth..... well goal for this week is walk on tread mill 3 Times, one day with trainer and continue eating healthy. Really happy to be part of this group. Making egg muffins for breakfast this week. Big shout out to my co-workers who are keepnimg me honest. Looking forward to week 2,
