This is my first time back to any 'plan' for fitness since my weight gain thsi year.  Must admit, with my tail between my legs, i feel a bit defeated and that frustration of gettting back to the place I started 3 years ago, 20 lbs heavier, tired and stressed.  Rather than ruminating about how it happened while I eat my chocolate almonds and wash that down with red wine, i am going to make 2018 about action.....about doing and being.  I will make a plan, and stick to it.  The great thing about the cycle is when you are on the downswing of it all, you know what the upswing feels like.  I have that,  and am grateful for the motivation.  onward and upwards is always a greeat place to start.
