I have been having major insomnia lately. I will be exhausted, but just cannot sleep. It actually will start giving me anxiety because I am so tired I wanna cry, but just cannot go to sleep. I turn everything off as I can only sleep when it's dark and without noise. Doesn't help...tried relaxing essential oils in a diffuser...nope...not working. Broke down and took melatonin tonight. Actually fell asleep, but now awake because hubby came in and turned the tv on. It's almost 11:30pm and I wanted a good night's sleep before this competition tomorrow. I need to get to the gym very early before children wake up. Just switched the laundry and packed my husband's suitcase (He is only home on weekends due to working in another part of the state). Taking another chewable melatonin now and hoping I can sleep again.
