Hi, Annie, There are other ways to get plenty of protein without eating meat! One of my ways to "eat healthy" and stay full is I bake cereal muffins with Truvia for the brown sugar, no sugar added applesauce for the oil, and either Kasia Go Lean protein cereal or Swiss Museli - and I toss in dairy free mini-chocolate chips - they are so yummy and keep me full. Bananas and apples also do the trick. If you have to eat, force yourself to binge only on things like dill pickles and apples. You are what you eat! I managed to break a huge sugar / ice cream addiction - and have lost 19 pounds since October. You can do this!
