One of my claim to fames (so to speak), is desserts for events.  That means that even for Super bowl, I'm enlisted for "dessert."  So... double chocolate, espresso browinies with salted caramel were my contribution.  That also means I have to taste along the way, just to make sure everything is going ok of course.  Then today I added a beautiful batch of strawberries I found and dipped them in bittersweet chocolate, just because I couldn't resist!  Is this a set back in the making or am I derailed from my goal weight?  Stay tuned for a weight check in the next couple of days as I'm not crazy enough to do it today!
