Hey Diet Betters!! If you’re like me, you had a little too much fun this weekend. Time to get back at it starting today!!! Stay tuned for this weeks workouts too. I have one lower body weight training day for at home or at the gym, one lower body plyommetric day for at or home or gym and two upper body days. There will also be recommendation for two 45 minute cardio sessions!!!
