By the end of the day today I am going to post two workout plans. One for gym goers and one for working out at home. If you are interested in me setting up your macros and meal plan for you, you’ll need to set up a profile on my fitness pal and add me! My name is ashcarter10. Once the program gives you a calorie range to achieve your goals I will use those numbers to show you what you can and should eat to feel satisfied while losing weight. Above is a side by side pic of me before & after counting macros consistently for a week. My calories are at 1,500. I feel so much better, I have a ton of energy and my strength is through the roof. My abs are looking better too! I did cut alcohol as a personal choice but I didn’t cut out anything else. Counting macros is like an organized way of “everything in moderation”.
