Previously when I lost weight I would create a caloric defecit by running, running and more running while not really paying attention to my diet other than eating maybe a little less. This time around I have really eliminated the carbs except for one day week. It is so much easier than busting my butt at the gym and I feel great. Check out the slow carb diet recommended by Tim Ferriss. It works. Thanks for reading.
