My scale was actually broken at home so that forced me to go to the gym last night for weigh in!  So why not just start working out last night?  Started the workout I used to do, way back when, and it felt great.  This morning, my plan is to get on the elliptical in about 5 minutes for a good 45 minute workout.  The gym felt like home again yesterday and I look forward to actually going to the gym at least 3 days a week.  I might have a slight bump in the road starting tomorrow... I leave for Salt Lake city for 4 days to stay in a hotel.  I've never had luck working out if I weren't home but I am desperate to unravel my skinny girl again...
