Same here. Lots of yo-yoing. I have five kids and started using them as an excuse as to why I was heavier than I used to be... "Well, I have five kids!" But now, they are my motivation! They deserve a healthy Momma! They are my reason, NOT my excuse! Got introduced to a great nutrition system and now I'm pre-pregnancy weight and chasing my wedding weight! Good Luck!!!! I've always ranged in the 150-160 area. My highest was 180 when pregnant and my lowest was 137 prior to baby #2. I'd be happy with getting to 145 and staying there. But when I was there, like I said in my blog - my family didn't think I looked healthy - grrr what to do, what to do lol
