The first spring break that I have had in 15 years is finally here! I'm heading down to Florida to escape the bitter cold, and mountains of wet, heavy snow that we have here in New Jersey. I went running for the past few days, getting going was the challenge since it takes awhile for my body to warm up now. So I am running with all this cold weather gear on and as soon as my body gets hot I just want to take it all off, but I have nowhere to put it since I am out in the neighborhood. Does anyone else have this problem?

 

So I have offically finished my DietBet with another 3 weeks to go. 4% is just a drop in the bucket at this point in my weight loss. Since I started with intermittant fasting (IF) in January, I have lost a total of 35 pounds, and it just keeps coming off. Each week it amazes me at how much I weight now.  I really can't remember the last time I was under the 250 mark. Maybe freshman year of high school? But that was over 20 years ago.
