Hi everyone, my name is Alyssa. I have yo-yoed with my weight for years and have not been faithful with diets or excercise and I'm hoping this will help keep me accountable! Last year I lost about 20 pounds which got me to 185lbs and slowly I have gained much of it back (currently at 195). My lifestyle has changed so much over the last year as I have started a new relationship and have gotten very comfortable with looking... ehh, pudgy. We are busy from literally sun up to sun down and often don't eat dinner until 9pm! We also drink a few beers throughout the week and hit it a little harder on the weekneds- (I know, not healthy and bad for diets). I want to look good for the summer, for a wedding I'm a bridesmaid in which is in June, and hopefully my wedding next year! Any motivation, diet tips, recipies, advice would be helpful!
