I hate Tuesdays.

On a related note, food takes about 2 days to really affect your body. I have to work the hardest to love myself and not throw caution to the wind on Tuesdays, because I tend to do "worst" on Saturdays and Sundays. This last Sunday was Easter, and I didn't make a huge effort to stay within calorie limits because holiday, so I expected to gain a little bit and for it to hit me today.

Plus, bodies are weird. They fluctuate up and then drop back down like a rock. I had a pretty sizable deficit yesterday and planning on another one today, so everything should come out even for a couple of days, but the waiting sucks.

On the upside! I don't know if this is an NSV, but I noticed the first visual change to my body. I lost a little bit of weight in my elbow, of all places. Now there's a little crease on the underside, and the side effect is that my arms kind of look like... oddly put together? There's a very clear distinction from my upper arms and lower arms.

But hey, progress.
