
Well I did go outside today and exercise for 90 minutes. It was cold but as I worked out I took off more layers. I had my daughter take a pic . (LOL) I plan to do another 30 minutes later today and have a salad for lunch and another salad for dinner with some fruit. I am trying real hard but at my age it isn't as easy to lose weight as it was when I was a lot younger. I am looking forward to reading everyone's posts. I hope you all have a great workout day.
