Don't give up. It will happen. Make sure you are drinking enough water and eating enough. Sometimes when we cut back too much it slows weight loss. Good thought sent your way.

Kathy! I love how resourceful you are using your yard and the car to work out. Thyroid conditions are tricky when it comes to weight loss. Are you taking medication or on a special diet to treat the thyroid. I highly recommend Anthony Williams' book Thyroid Healing. https://www.medicalmedium.com/thyroid-healing
