Worked out ( in my yard as usual using my daughter s car) for 2 hours.  I do mainly leg work and stretches. I am into strength and height for my legs.  Today I added some arm workouts.  I am going outside to do another hour or so.  Today I got on the scale and dropped 3 pounds so I must of been carrying water weight.I am looking forward to seeing everyone s  posts today. You all are amazing.
