Well I worked out today..workout time 3 hours in my yard.  I use the cars and the driveway and trees.  I am going mainly for height and power in my legs.  I would love to drop weight and I am sticking to 1000 calaories a day but have a tough time losing weight because of my medical condition which I will not get into again.  I do not believe I will drop the weight needed for the challenge but that is alright because it will eventually drop off. (with diet and exercise)  The weather is beautiful here in Massachusetts and I hope everyone has a great workout today.
