Already one month in! I made my goal weight (and exceeded it) for the first month, but after being out of town this last weekend for a wedding, I'm a little scared to step on the scale. I had the very bad habit over the weekend of not having food on hand, then getting to the point that I was starving and stuffed myself with mexican food, pizza, and even (ugh) McDonalds. Doesn't help that since Monday I've been trying to fend off a cold so I don't feel well either :( 

But I have been eating as I should this week, and feel confident that my weight will at least be at the first month's goal by the time I have to weigh in over the next day or 2. I have been trying to take pictures of my meals since starting this dietbet, and although I usually forget, I do have a few and thought I'd share, since we can all use more meal ideas! I tend to get a little longwinded, so I only got as far as one meal post on my Tumblr account, but you can find it here:
