I think that sounds yummy and sort of mind tricking too! Do you make a bunch of cartelized onions at once (yellow, right) and then just reheat them for the salad or eat them cold. I like your breakfast but I thoroughly enjoy the soaking my oats in almond milk (no cooking) for half hour and then adding blueberries and plain Greek yogurt for the flavor. About 200 calories and very high protein for breakfast - and gets me through a lot of hours! Going to hard boiled eggs and some bacon Saturday to last the week for breakfast salads though! Thanks.
