Shame on me, my weight has been "stuck" for over a week. After 4 weeks of wonderful results, I stopped monitoring EVERYTHING which went into my mouth. I was working harder than before, including some great training sessions with a personal trainer. I wasn't cheating on my foods plan, everything I ate was good healthy food. I was just eating more fruit (3-5 pcs/day) and a few more handfuls of nuts every day. Let's see, I weighed out some nuts -- a handful is about an ounce, and each little 1 ounce handful was about 170 calories. 4 or 5 handfuls of nuts, ..., yep, that would eliminate my 400 calorie/day deficit and wipe out my weight loss. Guess I'm lucky I didn't gain any weight.
Got out the nuts, put them into little ziplock baggies -- 110 calories per bag. Labeled each bag with the day I get to eat it. One problem solved.
Signed up for Drew's DietBet4. Drew provided a meal plan. So, I did some shopping and cooking.
I have enjoyed a recent success. I found my old red belt in the closet and put it on. As a fat girl, I didn't like to call attention to my waistline so I stopped wearing it. I put it on yesterdday and there was 4 inches of slack. (It doesn't have a normal buckle, you have to make a real effort to change the size). This really helped me to understand the major change to my body.
