I can't believe I'm starting off with a business trip! The hardest time to eat healthy is on the road - catered lunches, client dinners, airport food. This is going to be a tough few days, so bringing some workout clothes with me. Just need to find the energy and time and willpower to work out at the hotel!

Sign in to CommentYou can do it! Find little opportunities - walk around the airport. Stand up (when you can) instead of sitting down. Do some crunches in the morning/evening. Get up early and go to the hotel gym. I'm sure you'll stay on track! :)
