Congratulations! I agree with you, this has been so much fun and I love the format too! Pretty much ditto everything you said, I love reading the blog posts too. I feel like this site is what I have been looking for and I think it's easy to use. I didn't make my goal but I am going to do another game and I have to tough out the rough spots and not give in so easily. I mean if you guys are all doing it then I should be able to too. That what this community is all about! Good luck in your next game!

:) Hang in there!!! It's so hard to imagine feeling 'normal' again, but you will! I used to see people running and get what I called 'knee envy' . I go to a class called yoga sculpt. It mixes yoga, weights and cardio - so challenging and a major calorie burner! You might like it! Good luck!!!

I can relate to this so much. I've had severe ITBS in both legs for a very long time - since high school. Many rounds of physical therapy didn't help. Finally my acupuncturist recommended I see a sports medicine chiropractor instead of a physical therapist. In the 3 weeks I've been going I'm seeing more improvement than I ever saw before. It's wonderful and at the same time he suspects the whole issue was caused by a much larger injury that was never diagnosed and therefore never healed properly. I'm not cleared to start running again but I have been cleared for Soul Cycle which focuses on finding mindfulness in your movements- similar to yoga but with spin. After reading this I feel inspired to add yoga into my routine. Best of luck and I'm happy it's working for you!
