Weigh in at 278.6 lb (lost 3 lbs)
Everything has calories. I think I liked it better when I was on Weight Watchers. Veggies and fruit are all zero points. I just don't like having to worry about a monthly payment in order to be on it. Today I've started recording my intake and keeping track of the nutritional values. Even lettuce has calories!!
This morning I walked for a half hour but when I got home I went right back to sitting. I need to work on keeping motivated throughout the day.
