I've been pretty active my entire life, but I've also been overweight my entire life. I've struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember - I struggled with an eating disorder in grades 9 and 10 and that was the only point in my life where I was dropping pounds. Weight has always been an issue. In February I joined a new gym which I absolutely love - the workout leaves me feeling amazing (and sore! but I love that feeling) and I'm seeing changes in my body...but I'm NOT seeing them on the scale and it drives me crazy. I'm your typical 25 year old - I just graduated from university so I'm used to being broke and eating what I can afford but I'm also used to hanging out with friends and drinking beer and eating crap foods.

I love Chris and Heidi and it would be my dream come true to train with them - I realize that my weightloss journey isn't just about the weight - there are so many underlying factors. But I know I won't have the opportunity to train with them, it's just not in my cards so here I am for the diet bet. I'm hoping I will find this to be an encouraging community as well as something that will keep me in check.

I went to the gym this morning, burned 582 calories in an hour, came home, at well, and prepped my meals for the week...so here goes nothing! Best of luck to everyone else.
