How many of us have started diets and exercise routines to then stop and then eat more and exercise less? My name is on that list! Doing it all at the same time, I became overwelmed and stopped everything, better food choices and exercise of any kind.  So for about the last year, I have been focussed on my food and learning about food choices. Learning about what my body wants for fuel. Not saying no to food items or whole groups but just limiting items. I'm feeling good about my choice making but haven't lost any weight just maintained the last year(a plus in my book)

I am now ready to add exercise on a regular basis and what a great and fun way to get motivated!! This will get my system working and burning calories! woohoo!!
