Its weight loss time!!

Tomorrow I start my first Dietbet challenge, I'm not sure how I'll do but I'm going to do my best.

I have 8.1 pounds to lose in 28 days which is a little over 2 pounds a week YIKES! I really need this push. My 26th birthday is November 14th and the thought of still weighing 203 pounds is really depressing. I'd LOVE to see 189 on that evil scale, but thats a whole 14 pounds *dreaming*

I did a pretty good grocery today so I'm ready for this challenge and won't cheat. The thing I struggle with the most is getting my water intake in, some days I find myself just drinking coffee.. does anyone else struggle with this too?

I'm going to push myself to walk atleast 4 times a week and have no cheat days, who needs a cheat day right? hehe
