Day one:

Day one was a success! I ate healthy, exercised and had a great attitude!

I want this, more than I ever wanted anything before. I am working on finding the perfect fitness routine that will target my trouble area (tummy). After having my two kiddos I just can't seem to trim the tummy, I envy those mamas who look like they never had children or look even better after having them.

My menu today was:

Breakfast - Waffle with light syrup, coffee with fat free international delight  french vanilla cream.

Lunch - Strawberry Yogurt, ham sandwich

Snack - Apple, crispy minis

Supper - Carrots, 1 potato, Chicken breast with light bbq sauce

And a ton of water!

Day two will be a success, I can feel it.
