Challenges for the week (remember 4/5 mentality) these won’t work for everyone…switch/modify as you see fit. Don't want you stressing out about missing some days eBUT also want you to try your absolute best! Thats all I can ever expect<3

1. If it’s less then 30 min away--walk. (obviously if weather/situation permits)
2. If u want to watch tv, cool BUT pay the price. As many reps as possible during commercials of (squats, jumping jacks, sit-ups, or literally getting up and down from your coach JUST MOVE!)
3. At least 150 minutes of activity this week (could be walking, bike, anything…just get moving! That breaks down to 30 mins at least 5 days a week or u can do more time and less days—Making a grocery trip (walking) counts as activity so u can knock out #1 and #2! ). For those of you who are fitness junkies already… 75 mins of HIIT for the week—if you are ambitious make it 150 mins for the week. (I use the second’s app on my iphone which has circuit training, tabata, etc. I know android has several apps as well. If you don’t have a phone use a clock/watch/timing device. Please google HIIT for further details because there are many versions of it and u can always email me with questions francelinamorillobl14@gmail.com. Just to give u an example…when I do HIIT I take up my intensity for 20 seconds then rest for 10 over and over again…this is called tabata. You can do it on a bike, while running, sprinting, lifting etc.
4. Park at farthest spot in parking lot.
5. If you are going to floor 3 or lower—stairs only. So plan accordingly …time-wise ahahah
6. Devote time (15 mins) to fitness/nutrition/health/you early in the morning before your day starts (logging food, researching a new exercise, looking at motivational quotes, learning about macros, learning about habits..etc)
7. One new recipe this week or u can experiment with a new veggie. Post a pic of it. Don’t forget to tag #jeffelina on Instagram so I can see it. If you do not have Instagram please post here.
You have 7 days to go through this list with 4/5 mentality as I spoke about on my blog …Here is the link to that bloghttp://www.dietbetter.com/community/posts/general/2273-tips-must-read-lt3-xoxo-francy.
8. Weigh-in once a week.

9.Log ur food everyday (i use myfitnesspal) You can also just write it down. As long as u know what u r eating and how much of it.

10. Stick to your meal plan!

I want you to try your best this week to get through most of these challenges. Please feel free to post accomplishments/struggles etc. I already feel more focused since I weighed in :) xoxo This will be a great month!!!
