My goals for this month are:

1. Meal-prep regularly 

2. Track food intake using myfitnesspal (smahy0504)

3. Make it to the gym/physical activity at least 4x/week

4. Go on Hikes/nature walks at least 3x this month

5. Stop snacking on junk! (always my downfall..)
