How will u stop snacking on the junk? Lets come up with some realistic alternatives.. Jeff and I live together so its easier for us not to have it in the house at all but I know that's not realistic for everyone. So what can u change around u/ ur environment to keep you away from being tempted/slipping. BTW these are great goals n u will rock them! Also, did u read the mini challenges :) xoxo
