You took the first step - you committed to a change. I too eat when I am stressed out, or bored, or any other emotion. I have an unhealthy relationship with food that I work on constantly. Don't think about failing at the end of the 4 weeks. Instead, thinking about succeeding every day. Share your daily successes on here, even if it's small. Mine yesterday was turning down a Starbucks.
