How is it October already?! I swore to myself during the holidays last year that I would come back home this year and WOW my family with how in shape I got. Truth is I've lost about 12 pounds since then. Time to step it up!

Here is my plan for October:

1- Workout every Monday with my trainer 

2- Play kickball every Monday night

3- Walk on my treadmill desk at work for at least 30 minutes everyday

4- Make it to the gym at least 3 times a week

5- If I am watching TV: make sure to lift dumbells and use resistance bands during the commercials

6- Stick to the 80/20 rule with eating 

7- Log eveything I eat and hit my goal at least 5 times a week

8- Walk and take the stairs whenever possible
