I spent a couple of weeks with my scale stuck. I knew I was making progress because I looked better and my jeans fit better. I also knew I was doing everything pretty close to right. Well, patience is paying off... I stuck with my eating and exercise plans and I'm down over a pound in the last two days. I think the intense weight lifting workouts had caused a bit of inflamation in my muscles. I just needed to be patient and let the muscles heal up a bit.

My gym is offering a weight loss (fat loss) competition with nutrition lectures and workouts. I'm considering signing up for it. Internet accountability isn't quite as effective for me as in person peer pressure.
