I know it's already the 5th but I think I'd like to make some goals for October. I've been working on getting healthy and in shape for about two months now and I realized that I didn't really have any goals in that time. Sure, I have my goal weight but it's going to take me a while to get there so I really should be breaking things down into smaller, more manageable goals. It's always good to be able to look back at the end of any given length of time and check things off a list that you promised yourself you would do. So yes, here we go...

October Goals

  1. 25 workouts
  2. Finish Body Revolution weeks 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6
  3. Finish C25K weeks 2, 3, 4 & 5
  4. Bring healthy lunch & snacks to school every day
  5. Blog (even if it's just a quick update) every day

 

Tomorrow is my weigh-in day! Excited to see the results from another week of hardwork :)
