Last friday I was officially the winner of a diet bet. It was my first dietbet and it was my first goal. This friday will mark the end of my second diet bet and I am left wondering- will I make it? I am eating clean, I am running ridiculous distances and lifting really heavy things. Have I finally worked it out? Have I found what works for me? I am tempted to say yes, yes I am at a place where my head, my body and my social life are all in tune with each other and all are saying the same thing 'You are flipping awesome, Cel. You can do anything you want.' 

As I write this I am 10 weeks out from the final exams of my medical degree. Will I be able to keep this all up as the studying becomes more intense and my free time becomes even more sparse? I think I will. More importantly, I think I have to. This is me. This is the me I have always wanted to be.

This is where I am:

Day 0: I started 4 weeks ago at 81.0kg / 178.6lbs

Week 1: I weighed in at 80.0kg / 176.4lbs

Week 2: I weighed in at 78.9kg / 173.9lbs

Week 3: 77.5kg /  170.9lbs.

Week 4: 77.0kg / 169.8

I have lost 4kg / 8.8lbs in ONE MONTH. Instead of just scraping 4%, I managed to shed 6%.
