I started using myplate again! It worked so well a couple of years ago, tracking my calories and workouts. However, it's telling me for my activity level and to lose 2lbs/wk (as this bet calls for) is leaving me with 1200 calorie limit per day. What?! I logged during my day today and came down to 130 kcal's for dinner. Not plausible. So....I'm definitely going to have to intake only the necessities and get some good calorie-burning workouts in. Whew...this makes it a challenge! 

I definitely need to hit the grocery store tonight so that I'm prepared with my healthy food for the official start tomorrow! I had quinoa twice today...not enough variety! But, so delicious!

Finally...I cheated today. I had a ~400 cal snack (popcorn chips). I have excused myself, noting that this is my last cheat day for the next month. It's reasonable after this lifestyle modification to have cheat meals, but I know that 2lbs a week is going to be tough and I can not afford to eat popcorn chips! No nutritional values and eating up my precious caloric intake!
