So, this is going to be my accountability. I will be writing every night. If not on here, then in a journal. I want to keep this journal/blog and jot down what I ate, what I drank and how my workout went. You guys are going to be my conscience since I don't have one of my own. What do you say guys? You help me and I'll help you. Maybe, just maybe writing everything down will help me lose the weight. I'm not much of a typer or a blogger but for this journey, I may just have to become one.
