Great job Bri, planning food and do the morning work out! I'm not an early riser either but I force myself daily to wake up early to exercise. We have to sacrifice something in order to achieve our goal, right? You GOT this!!!

I hear you! I'm also getting nervous. Keep up the fitness and eat super clean. Getting enough sleep is also really important.. We can do this!

Totally possible! Whenever I wonder if it's possible, I think of the reality show, Survivor. They all drop massive weight in a short time. You might have to sprint to the end, changing up your calories and workouts, but you CAN do it!

Good job! It's pretty awesome that you've started this week off already,,, I try and drink half my body weight in ounces of water a day it'll flush out toxins and make you feel less bloated after you have salty snacks. Congrats in joining this dietbet and good luck in your journey!! -T

Ricardo S.

I'm not a specialist but I recomend you try to drink around 70 ounces of water a day. For example, the fighters nutricionist Mike Dolce recommend to drink 20 ounces before your breakfast.

I don't have this mexican reduced fat in my country so, I don't know in terms of taste, but talking about calories and fat, will be better if you change it for cottage cheese.

I know you didn't aksed me nothing but just trying to help... let's do it! let's loosing some weight!! We can do it!

Good for you Bri, prove her wrong, this is the place to get to your goal. I'm so sorry for the hurtful comments you've had to endure, believe me if your mom doesn't get her wt in ck she'll be sorry, it's really important to not let yourself get out of shape in your aging yrs, my husband did and just had a double bypass. I'm 65, was thin most of my life, until the last 10 or less yrs, the lb's just inched their way on me slowly every yr. I'm on track now due to DietBet, this is my 3rd one, I'm doing Jillian's to keep me in ck, I'll be leaving for Hawaii in 2 wks and I have to behave, final weigh in for this one is only day's after I return, so I've already got a plan for my eating while gone. You're going to do good here on Jillian's, I can feel your hurt and you'll love all the positives you'll get on here, so keep your chin up and just prove your mom wrong, good luck and if you need a friend on here, I'm here, my name is sandy ps, I've lost 30 lbs, started my diet on 7-7-14

Wow thank you so much everyone! I already feel so much encouragement and support from everyone and it not only makes up for the negativity I've gotten, it surpasses it. Sandy, thank you so much and I'm sure that you'll have an amazing time in Hawaii and still do great with staying on track! And Leslie I'm glad that there's others that can relate to my story. Thank you again, and let's do this! :)
