I think I did well with both eating and my excercise today.  Made sure I hit 10k step (actually hit aroud 13) and stuck with my Personal Trainer Food meals with the exception of a rice cake snack and a cutie.  Proud of myself for getting my butt out and walking tonight after an impromptu nap after work. 

I've been looking into different options for excercising once my knee is a little better and I get the green light from my doctor. There's a gym right near me that is more a group training/class type facility. $40 bucks a month.  I know that if I sign up for the gym ever again it needs to be with the idea that a large portion of what I'm paying for needs to include classes. I just get bored going solo and feel overwhelmed coming up with a plan on my own.  Another option I looked at tonight was Jillian Michaels online thingy.  Seems like a good/convienient way to go about things. Says $4 a week but in the fine print I believe it said you pay for a quarter at a time so around $50 for 13 weeks? I'm really not sure and that will probably be why I don't go that route. I don't mind spending money but when it's vague it bothers me and makes me avoid buying things.

Let's see only other highlight from the day to mention is the food. I am really liking the meals.  They are yummy, I'm not hungry, and I'm actually looking forward to eating them throughout the day. So easy and great tasting. I'm really happy with them so far.

I already know tomorrow will be a big cheat day. I'm going to visit a friend I see very seldom and carve pumpkins.  We only get together a couple times a year and this is a tradition.  He makes pumpkin pie and I bring pumpkins. We carve and watch Nightmare before Christmas. I really look forward to it and there's no way I'm turning down that pumpkin pie! : )
