I've always known it's better to eat a good, solid meal and not pick at things a little here and a little there. Those calories add up, and I'm never really full. When I sit down to a meal, I can easily wait until the next one with an apple or something light in between before I'm hungry again.

I'm planning meals now, and so far so good. Of course I'll flip out if I get on the scale and my weight is up lol - but I'm giving real meals a go.
