Long, boring day at work.  Good thing I am focused on staying Paleo for the duration.  I didn't even think about eating because I was bored spit-less, one of my favorite things to do.  Unfortunately, I didn't get my workout in at lunchtime because I was busy doing other things I had to get done.  At least I stayed on track with my eating.  That is a plus.

Next week my running buddy will come back from vacation.  We were planning on starting a running program even before this challenge so I am psyched to get back into that.  I don't like to run alone, especially first thing in the morning, when it is still dark.  I know from experience that running is a great way to get my lower body in shape and burn calories.  

One thing I am really fighting is fatigue.  I am so very tired lately.  It is a bummer because I am eating healthier.  The last time I did Paleo, by the second week I had tons of energy.  I am in my third week and I feel so exhausted it isn't even funny.
