04:00am - Wake up
04:20am - Leave my house
04:30am - 1 ripe banana and water While driving
04:50am - gym (Run for 45 minutes)
06:00am - Start work
07:00am - grapes
09:00am - smoothie with 2 Bananas, Strawberries, Blueberries
12:00pm - Burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, tomato, pico de gallo, veggies.
05:30pm - Pasta with EB butter


GYM: Bike for 45 minute run. About 600 calories.

I'm now down almost 5 pounds.  Not too shabby! :) Feeling energized and wonderful.  I am very proud of waking up so early, getting my butt to the gym, working 9 hours, making home cooked dinner and still playing with the kids :)  And in bed by 9pm without feeling exhausted! Feeling wonderful :)
