So I'm two days into this and working on getting exercise back into my schedule. The last two weeks, I have not exercised due to my crazy schedule. I'm not worried about the eating right now. I think I have that down during the work week at least. I'm running tonight and will get my exercise in tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday. However; Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are hard days to find time to exercise. Four days of exercise is better than none I guess! I'm curious to see how other people fit exercise in that have a crazy schedule like me. I teach during the day and either run my three school age children with their sports activities after school until 7 or 8 or stay home with our twenty-two and seven month old. Any suggestions on types of exercise to squeeze in to get the heart rate up, avenues to find energy, ect? Thanks!

I take my two boys to soccer and I walk around the field for an hour while all the other moms are sitting on their butts playing with their phones. I can still see my boys and I'm burning calories!!! If where they are has stairs or bleachers even better go up and down those babies for an hour and you've got a great workout. Sometimes its hard to find thirty minutes but you can definitely find 10 minutes here and there over the day if its a priority.
