Exercise while they are at their practices! I take my two boys to soccer and I walk around the field for an hour while all the other moms are sitting on their butts playing with their phones. I can still see my boys and I'm burning calories!!! If where they are has stairs or bleachers even better go up and down those babies for an hour and you've got a great workout. Sometimes its hard to find thirty minutes but you can definitely find 10 minutes here and there over the day if its a priority.
