It's finally time! I'm joining a diet bet! I've been on a weightloss journey since march 2014 and have lost a little over 50 lbs. I'm halfway now and I need a little extra fun to keep going. Don't get me wrong, I love my new lifestyle and I'm planning to keep it for the rest of my life. But sometimes you just need some extra fun and I guess I'm good at losing weight so why not try to make a little money with it ;-)

 

I love Shaun T, but as I'm very prone to injuries, I'm not doing any of his programs. I'm planning to do T25 during the dietbet. My problem is that I'll be going for a 4-day trip to Rome during this dietbet period, so I'm determined to not let this get in my way!

 

My way of losing weight: Weightwatchers, mealprepping, eating enough protein, weightlifting, HIIT and walking (I have a fitbit).
