Wow, that is so awesome that you have already lost 50lbs. This should definitely be a fun and motivating way to stay on track. Shaun T is one of my favorite trainers. Have you done any of the Beachbody fitness programs before?


That's great that you lost 50 pounds! I lost 100 and I have found that I need a little more of a push to help me lose the last 60 pounds. What's better motivation than money. That's why I'm here. I'm am sure your commitment and dedication will help you stay focused during your trip through Rome. Good luck! Have you every tried Shaun T's other workouts like hip hop abs or rockin body. Those workouts are less intense than the others. Maybe you can try those.
